Drawing inspiration from beloved classics, we've crafted a beat'em'up experience that combines old-school controls and retro feelings with innovative 3D mechanics.
Each of the 14 playable characters comes with their signature combat styles, customizable stats that impact gameplay, and detailed backstories to discover.
Each Hero has a dark side to redeem.
DECKBUILDING METAGAME
Prepare for epic battles by crafting your own deck, choosing which cards to include based on your preferred playstyle, and then play your cards during battle.
With 162 unique cards, including rare finds and class-exclusive options, every run is a fresh challenge to experiment with different combinations and tactics.
Beware of the Forbidden cards that drove the King to madness...
ROGUELITE PROGRESSION
Unlock new heroes and cards with every run, and climb to the castle of the Mad King to relieve him from his madness, and free the world of Aetheria from the curse.
Every run is unique, every level is procedurally generated.
Only a united brotherhood of heroes can overcome the Mad King: any damage inflicted on him persists in the same run, until all heroes are dead - or the Mad King is defeated. With each new run, all heroes are reborn, but the Mad King is also back to full health.
